Appointment times

Opening Hours

Monday to Friday: The surgery is open from 8.00am to 6pm.
On some days the surgery opens at 7.30am. The surgery reception is open throughout the lunch hours. 

Saturday morning surgery. The surgery is open 8am to 9.30am for booked appointments only.

Saturday and Sunday: The surgery is closed except for the Saturday morning surgery booked appointments. Although the surgery is closed, there is always medical help available for emergencies and urgent problems through the out of hours service on telephone number 0300 300 2012. 

The surgery is closed on weekdays 6.30pm to 8.00am and all weekend from Friday 6.30pm to Monday 8.00am.

Appointments can be made in person or by telephone 023 80676233 at the above times. We aim to see all patients within 24 hours for routine appointments and on the same day for urgent problems.

Telephoning the Doctor

If you need to speak to the Doctor over the telephone please ask the Receptionist who will suggest a good time for you to phone or the Doctor can phone you back.

Urgent problems

Patients who need urgent medical attention will always be seen as soon as is appropriate.

Home Visits

Home visits are only for people who are housebound or genuinely too ill to attend the surgery. If you require the doctor to call at your home please phone the surgery between 8.45am and 10am so that the doctors can plan their visits. 

Please do not ask the doctor to visit unless the patient is housebound or genuinely too ill to come to the surgery.
