In co-operation with EMIS, our award winning computer system supplier, we are providing a new service that enables you access to your healthcare online with internet bank standard of security.
With this service you can
make an appointment
cancel an appointment
view your booked appointments
Now you can also
order repeat prescriptions
view your repeat prescription list
inform the surgery of your change of address and contact details
send and receive messages to and from the surgery
To use the service you have to be registered with Burgess Road Surgery and you will need the following
Our Practice ID number
your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
your Password
your NHS number
Please come to the Surgery in person and speak to the Receptionists. You will be given a Registration Letter with your unique registration details that you should keep safe.
