EMIS Access

In co-operation with EMIS, our award winning computer system supplier, we are providing a new service that enables you access to your healthcare online with internet bank standard of security.

With this service you can  

arrow make an appointment 
arrow cancel an appointment
arrow view your booked appointments

Now you can also 

arrow order repeat prescriptions
arrow view your repeat prescription list
arrow inform the surgery of your change of address and contact details
arrow send and receive messages to and from the surgery

To use the service you have to be registered with Burgess Road Surgery and you will need the following

arrow Our Practice ID number
arrow your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
arrow your Password
arrow your NHS number

Please come to the Surgery in person and speak to the Receptionists. You will be given a Registration Letter with your unique registration details that you  should keep safe.
