How to Order a Prescription
To request a prescription, please ring the Surgery or use one of the options below:
All prescription requests must be reviewed and authorised by an appropriate clinician before they can be issued.
Please allow 2 working days for your prescription to be processed. You may occasionally be asked to attend an appointment with a Doctor or Nurse before medication can be prescribed or issued.
